Our commitment

• All client information, financial records and business discussions are treated as strictly confidential.
• Client information is never shared without your express consent, except where required by law or professional standards.
• Sensitive information is transmitted through secure, encrypted document exchange.
• Access to client information is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• Client records are retained securely for the period required by law and then securely destroyed.

Discussions with third parties

Where an engagement requires disclosure to a third party (for example, the ATO, a lender or another professional advisor), we will do so only with your consent and only to the extent necessary.

Continuing obligation

Our duty of confidentiality continues after the end of the engagement.
